It is important to feel confident that the Chef you hire will do an outstanding job. After all, it isn't everyday you hire a Chef and for that special occasion - you want it to be just perfect. Knowing that, I hired Chef Peterson to cook for my sister's engagement dinner, and he did an incredible job. His knowledge of food and wine, ease in working in our kitchen and with the other staff, and overall talent in cooking was just outstanding! I cannot say enough good things. So, I can recommend Chef Peterson highly and assure you that he is the guy you are looking for to make your event the best it can possibly be.
