- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process would be a phone call to schedule a meet and greet followed by said meeting. We can do in person or remote meeting. Where we talk about what your cleaning needs are as well as preferences you may have. These meetings allow me to acquire the information necessary to give you the most competitive quote possible. Consultations are alway free of charge regardless of your location. After a free consultation, I will construct a free quote detailing what we have spoken about. At that point, it is up to you to decide that you’d like to use our services
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of customer service experience and am able to construct a cleaning package that caters to each individual person and their needs.
