Artistic Education by Zoe

Introduction: I am a West Hartford based dance teacher of nine years and a dancer of 20. I do ballet, modern and pointe. (I also have experience in jazz). I am a special education major with significant experience in individuals with moderate to profound disabilities. I am a large advocate for arts and abilities. I am a patient, enthusiastic and hands-on teacher who believes in the value of multiple intelligence education and kinesthetic learning. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and believe strongly in the power of arts implementation into formal education. I currently teach at Premier Dance School in Hartford and Dance Unlimited in Hamden, CT. My main goal is for my clients/students to learn through movement and understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle that enhances physical awareness to the world around you.
