Mike Trevino is hands-down the best trainer that I've ever worked with. He finds that perfect mix between pushing you to your best and always being encouraging and supportive. Mike has tailored some of the exercises specific to my needs and he genuinely cares about my success and progression. If you have the chance to work with Mike, do yourself a favor and get out there! I am an Iraq vet who was hurt by a motar round and almost lost my left leg at the knee. Mike helped me find a workout that I COULD do and not hurt myself. He not only trains your body but he trains your mind to look at things in a more positive aspect. When he says a total body workout it is mind body and soul. Thanks Mike your are the best. I am very grateful for all you did for me. 20 pounds in twenty days.
