FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Kitchen and Bathroom projects are always in demand. I like to conduct exterior envelope evaluations. If the outer shell of a residence is in satisfactory condition than interior projects become a safe investment. Material prices of siding and roofing have continued to rise and cabinet prices have remained steady. Insulating has the greatest return on investment along with windows and exterior doors. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When preparing for a renovation it is good to review product selections that you would like your design to include. Decide on type or style of cabinet, countertops, tile, flooring, trims, plumbing fixtures and finishes. Visit industry websites like NARI and NKBA to familiarize yourself on selecting a contractor and your rights as a consumer. Take your time meeting with a contractor and verify state registration and insurance. Call references to understand experiences of others with the contractor.
