The process was quick and easy. From the quote to the day the crew arrived at my home. Very professional focused on safety and took their time to get the job done. By far the best value!! Junior and the ALX crew were wonderful, professional, and personable, from quote, to the job, and subsequent cleanup. Their pricing and payment structure was very reasonable. Their quote allowed us to remove a few extra trees for the cost of only the large tree alone quoted by other companies. They adapted on the fly when we added a couple of extra trees, for a modest cost, to the project at the last minute. Our project included the removal of a 50-ft+ Elm tree that was beginning to rot out near our sheds and driveway car parking. They were able to bring in their "spider" equipment to safely cut down the tree between the two buildings, along with using pulleys and ropes to safely guide the large pieces down, with no damage. The debris pickup was done on a subsequent day when the weather was favorable. Junior again responded quickly when I asked to set up a date. The crew had the right equipment to make quick work of removing the huge pieces of wood with no need to cut them into smaller chunks for removal. I would definitely use them again in the future for our tree removal needs. We have used other services in the past that were fine, but ALX was an extra step above.
