- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer $10 off customers in West Haven, Orange, and Milford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure I know the theme of the party so that I prepare and provide customized work in alignment with the theme. I also like to know how many kids attending and people attending because face painting is for everyone. This allows me to recommend a time frame that’s appropriate. Knowing the exact location details and who the on-site contact person is essential as sometimes the person hiring isn’t the person on-site. As for the process I speak to the customer to iron out any details and discover if I’m the right fit. Then I send a payment link for the deposit. At the event, I will do whatever I can to help the event go smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked with children for nearly 15 years in the education system and can easily communicate with them.
