While we primarily do residential repainting, we also perform commercial painting and wallpaper projects. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for the complete professional. Reliable, professional, fully insured and easy to contact and communicate with when you need to contact them. Check out all of their credentials - most importantly their insurance. To protect your homes value, the contractor must have workman's compensation. Check out their references, especially on websites, as these cannot be altered by the owner. Calls can be directed to friends and relatives. Make sure all of your questions are answered and you are not in any way rushed to make a decision. Lastly, make sure that you receive a complete contract with a full scope of work included so that nothing is left out that is important to you. GET IT ALL IN WRITING!
