Damon and his chef + wait staff team were absolutely incredible. Not only was the food amazing (and plentiful!) but communication, planning, and the entire execution of the event including cleanup were flawless. We had several appetizer dishes, multiple main course options and sides, and 3 desserts. Everything from wine pouring / actively offering appetizers / using the space and materials wisely was flawless. I had around 25 people for a holiday family reunion at my house in the Catskills and it was really nice to not have to worry about anything. We will definitely be working with Damon again!! Thank you so much!

Chef Damon, Lacie, and Mark are a fantastic team! We hired Dishmade for a bachelor party dinner in the Catskills and are so happy with our choice! They were punctual, personable, and their food was absolutely delicious! Chef Damon was easily able to accommodate dietary restrictions so that every one was included. I would absolutely recommend Dishmade for anyone looking for an awesome private chef service for your event!

Hired Dishmade for a big house party. Chef was totally responsive to emails and menu changes, and he and his crew showed up right on time and had service starting right when we'd asked. The food was amazing, the staff all professional and engaging and all our guests had a great time. We will absolutely be using Dishmade again for our next event!

We’ve hired Chef Damon and Lacie twice in the past few years for special occasions and they are incredible chefs. They are responsive and organized with planning, punctual upon arrival and timing meals, and their food is amazing. We’ve had their pasta dishes, charcuterie boards, paella, miso cod, and EMPANADAS. The empanadas are a dish i’ll honestly remember forever, so delicious. The chefs works efficiently and quietly and leave the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. Absolutely 5 star service AND they couldn’t be nicer people. We’re just trying to think of more special occasions to hire them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hors d'oeuvre start at $65per person and plated meals start at $85per person plus cost of groceries. We require 50% deposit at time of booking and remainder 7 days prior of event
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with you to create a personalized menu for your event! After the menu is finalized, we send a quote to view. If all looks good, a deposit is required to book the date. On the day of the event, we confirm our arrival time and typically arrive 2-3hrs early to setup and prep. Once we arrive, we start setting up, and begin preparing the menu. From arrival to clean up, we are happy to accommodate your event in anyway needed. We pride our service on great communication with our clients thought the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have culinary arts and culinary management degrees, as well as restaurant experience and many years of cooking underneath our aprons.
