I had some recent recovery issues that were critical to the daily operations of my company. Jason took the time and worked Friday, Saturday and Sunday to complete the tasks. He assured me that he would have me up and running for business Monday and he did without delay.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Data recovery that is caused by someone trying to recover their own data first. When they fail, we end up doing the jobs. I will add, many people are uninformed about data recovery. They think their local computer shop can get their data back, but they are wrong. We do a great deal of thumb-drive recovery too. There are many unique electronic features on hard drives that require specialized equipment. For example, a device to test nvram on a Hitachi hard drive. There are few pieces of hardware in the world that will do the job.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

That they do their research. TechRx, Inc. provides honest quotes based upon symptoms. However, many competitors simply quote low rates to get the job, then people end up paying 2-10 times as much money to have the project fail.
