- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate for the first hour of service. This is to cover the basic parts, supplies and fuel. After the first hour I charge an hourly rate.

Yes. The way to be the best at what you do is through constant professional development and to maintain a network of other individuals that share the same interest.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Up until recently I saw people getting over charged for a mediocre service. I knew I could do better and at a lower cost than most places have.
