Kenneth Kelley is a pleasure to work with and I have found that to be very unusual for a contractor :-). He has a thorough knowlege of home improvement and did a great job in building a front porch on my rowhouse, a shed in my backyard and adding a beautiful marble tile backsplash to my kitchen. Let's not forget my new roof and kitchen shelves. He gave realistic time/cost estimates and actually met or beat them. I have referred him to several of my friends and family and they have also been very satisfied with his work.

Kelley Services has performed services for me and my clients for over 15 years. I am a realtor and I refer Kelley Services to my clients anytime they ask for a contractor. Kelley Services has been extremely helpful in satisfying FHA requirements in order to get a house to settlement. They are FHA certfied for 203k. They have done work personally for me on my own home when my basement flooded twice and performed mold remediation. I greatly recommend Kelley Services for all of your home improvement needs, to include mold remediation.

A. Total rehab, kitchen, baths, additions. Working on older houses.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Put more value on their track record and referrals than their credentials. Just because you have a driver's license, doesn't mean you will drive well. But, your driving record and other people observing your driving will reflect what kind of driver you are.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Most customers ask are you licensed and insured. When the most important thing is work ethics and morals, which is lacking a great deal in this trade and other trades. many have skills, but lack the necessary quality to give every customer your best service possible at a fair cost.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. This is a broad question for our company, since we provide many services. Best advice, have a specific list of what you need done, if repair is needed, have description of what is wrong.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. A commitment to go beyond ordinary standards, both in craftsmanship and customer service! I have the pleasure to solve problems that many service people were unable to solve prior to my involvement. This is the case many times with older houses that have structure or water issues.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I have the pleasure of seeing the fruits of my labor, while giving people satisfaction on a daily basis. It means a lot to me when i'm able to be the total solution for every customer i have, without them having to call three different service people.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

How long have you been doing this work? Over 20 yrs.
