Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If i were a customer of AIC Services i wish i would have known how much money i would have saved if i knew that small electrical install/repairs didn't have to be performed by a licensed electrician. I wouldn't have paid a licensed electrician a whole lot of money to change a light fixture. And then paid a handyman to repair the drywall damage caused by the electrician.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. The right question to ask before hiring a service professional, the right service professional? Most service professionals will not get too detailed in their responses to questions about service problems. The logic being, giving too much info., you will fix the problem yourself. So just ask for refferences. Make sure refferences have experience with company relivant to your concerns.
