- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies to meet each customers individual needs. Pricing depends on number of guests, quality of beverage, what is provided by the bartender, and time length of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, my main goal is to build a rapport and provide trust for my services. They are entitled to a contract. and record of my active business insurance. I also require advance payment for services to protect my expenses and time set aside for the customer.
