- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free in-home estimates with no obligation. There are no hidden fees, you'll see your invoice before approving the work and we'll discuss everything with you upfront. During and after we've restored your home, we stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll speak with you to learn what your repair needs are. To ensure we're able to provide you with an accurate quote, we'll ask questions to evaluate the job. From there, we'll either schedule time to give you a free in-person estimate or provide you with a quote over the phone or via Thumbtack message. As we ask you questions to understand your needs, we welcome you to openly ask us any questions along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician team has decades of collective drywall, carpentry, painting and other related experience. Individually, each technician has an extensive drywall repair and direct customer service background. Our management team has decades of certified project management, organizational development and customer service experience. Combined, that means you'll get timely and excellent service from start to finish.
