I’ve only just confirmed my project so I will update the review after the work is finished. I’ve been working with Alejandro who was been professional, punctual and answering my questions, and has followed up when necessary. I contacted four other fence companies three through Thumbtack. This one has been the best as far as price and laying out exactly what I can expect. I appreciated Alejandro explaining different aspects of what I can expect. He is personable and knowledgeable and helpful. With that said, I will review again once the work starts and it’s finished, but if this is what I can expect, I am sure I’ll be pleased. Okay here is my update after the project was finished. EXCELLENT. I would highly recommend this company again. They were ALWAYS on time and responsive. They did professional work. I was called and they said they had an opening the next day to do the project if I wanted to move things up. I said yes, and they showed up the next morning. I don't have one negative thing to say about this company. I realized I hadn't left an updated review and felt I owed it to them to update it. I rely on reviews when I use Thumbtack, so if you need a professional-this is your team. This is not a handyman that is looking for random work. They came and measured the fence line and provided an itemized estimate. Others who gave me an estimate, sort of just eye balled it and came up with a figure. To add one more thing, they asked me if I was happy and if so if I wanted to send in five photos of the fence, they would send me a $25 Amazon card. So I did and a few days later I got the card! Also they gave me a discount because I used Thumbtack!

Solicited multiple quotes for a fence job on thumbtack. Ergeon called and messaged right away, which was good, but I didn’t respond right away as I was out of town. I reviewed other sites and saw poor reviews. I then was called and messaged from other numbers other than the one listed. I messaged and said I would report to thumbtack if the harassment didn’t stop. There’s a difference between responsiveness and harassment.

I was contacted by a rep. I asked the individual (Javier) several times if someone could come out to provide me a quote, and the rep said that he could see our property from the internet. I was very confused about that statement. However, because I really want to replace my fence, I scheduled the appointment. The rep. also started that after the initial meeting, someone would come out to ensure that the quote was applicable. The rep did not tell me that the initial consultation would consist of me walking around my backyard, displaying my fence to him via facetime. This led me to not wanting to do business with a company that is lazy and don't want to take the time to please their customers . I don't know about their finished product, but the initial display of the lack of accountability and misleading a potential customer put a hard stop to our request for services.

For our fences, pricing is based on linear footage of fencing you need. We confirm those measurements in person during an on site visit. The type of fence you choose and whether or not it has a gate also affects the price. To provide you a fast and hassle-free quote, we create an exterior blueprint of your property through publicly available satellite imagery and base your price off those measurements.
