Kelly is AMAZING! She’s really responsive to my needs, makes sure to give feedback that is unique to me (no generic, one size fits all information) and when doing yoga always makes sure to do proper technique. She gives you enough grace without giving you an easy out, all while having good music and being fun. 10/10 would recommend!
