The technician (Buendia) was very professional. He was able to fix the existing lock (although he did have to replace one piece). He explained what he was doing and why as he was working on the lock. He ensured I was 100 percent satisfied with the lock before he left. I will definitely use Ben's Locks for future issues.

Ben is absolutely fantastic! I needed a smart lock installed, and Ben was at my condo within 25 minutes of me putting the request into Thumbtack. He was professional and kind, and he finished the job in maybe 15 minutes. If was a little trickier than a standard installation because Ben had to chisel out some of the for, but he made it look easy. I would recommend been to anyone looking for a locksmith!

Highly recommended! We used Ben’sLocks for our office space as we inherited furniture and closets/cupboards without keys. Ben is very professional and soft spoken he provided information about the locks without upselling which is very rare. He even when out of his way to head to the store and collect some extra parts because our job had a variety of locks. The quality of his craftsmanship is on point and very precise. You might ask why the over positives? Because he resolved our problems in less than a day than other locksmiths couldn’t in a week. That says something 🙏 He deserves 6 stars Highly recommended for all your lock requirements.
