They showed up an hour late, but kept in close communication to let me know when they'd be arriving. I wasn't thrilled with that, but at least they were honest about their arrival time.
Once they arrived, however, they made up for lost time, working double-time to load the truck in under 90 minutes. They were friendly and efficient and packed the truck such that nothing got damaged. I would hire them again, as long as they'll be on time!
