- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's worth every penny and more! We look at every client situation as it is and come up with pricing and service packages that fits their need. We will send you an initial price based on the information provided, but it always makes sense to have a call or meet in person to come up with a custom package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to have a conversation to make sure it's a fit for you and us. We want you to feel good about investing in our business and partnering with us. Once we chat more, we can provide a more detail proposal and quote and take it from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 12 years of event management and hospitality experience. I have taken certificate courses in event management from Stratford University and a BA degree in Mass Communications from Shaw University.
