The Body You Want is the only option for really changing your body, including fat loss, regaining energy, eating correctly, improving your body's functional mobility, gaining strength and feeling better. I took off 30 pounds of fat and 6+ inches off my waistline 4 years ago and it hasn't come back. The pants sizes keep getting smaller.
