    The Body You Want is the only option for really changing your body, including fat loss, regaining energy, eating correctly, improving your body's functional mobility, gaining strength and feeling better. I took off 30 pounds of fat and 6+ inches off my waistline 4 years ago and it hasn't come back. The pants sizes keep getting smaller. Also I am not currently taking 5-6 prescription drugs to be alive. TBYW helps you practice health.

    Anyone looking to lose weight and get in better shape should check out The Body You Want. I decided with age 50 approaching I needed to do something about my health. With TBYW's guidance and encouragement, I've lost more than 25 pounds and six inches from my belly in six months. I'm stronger, more flexible, and more fit. I have more energy and feel more mentally alert. I'm eating delicious food - and lots of it. Josef and the rest of the team are fun to work with - friendly, encouraging, nonjudgmental. And the group exercise classes have a great spirit of camaraderie among people with a wide range of age and fitness goals. Do it! You'll feel great.
