- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thee 360 Photo Booth offers two services: a 360 Photo Booth which provides a digital video a Photo Booth which provides both digital and and print photos. Thee 360 Photo Booth starts at $250 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Additional hours will be discounted. Thee Photo Booth is $350 for the Unlimited Package which includes unlimited time between 9am and 9pm with unlimited digital photos. Additional options, including prints can be added on to enhance the experience. Please feel free to reach out for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally a new customer will shop around and as such, have the ability to do so with Thee 360 Photo Booth. The owner, Joseph, will be available to answer any questions regarding pricing and availability. If selected, the customer will be directed to the website to complete the booking process. The customer will be given access to their private portal where they will be asked to complete a questionnaire. The information used be used to create the graphic overlay. The customer will be able to confirm the overlay design or request changes in the portal. They will be allowed one revision. For a smooth and transparent process, the portal can also be used to manage your booking.
