Let me start by saying what they were able to reach was done very well…that’s why I am giving them 3 stars. I told the company I had a tall home…I sent him pictures, informed him I had a ladder but it was NOT tall enough. He confirmed the pictures I sent were enough and he could do a great job. I will say they were punctual & came out on time. The person that showed up came with a ladder shorter than ours! I only needed one wall of my home done (they did match a previous quote & could come out even sooner which was great). When he showed up my husband had doubts they could do it with the supplies they arrived with (aka a very short ladder) my husband told him if you cannot get the top where it needs to be cleaned then we will hire someone else. The gentleman assured us he could reach it with our ladder. After 3 hours the poor gentleman not only fell off our ladder, he cracked the siding on our home with the fall and broke our ladder trying to take it apart because it was wedged between ours and the neighbors home) WE FELT HORRIBLE that he fell but we’re so glad he was okay. Unfortunately, after it all…he wasn’t able to get the larger spot (picture attached) that had to be cleaned. We felt so bad we paid him in full even without a complete job, the siding crack and breaking our ladder. They definitely should have been more prepared…Even with all the prep I tried to supply them. I feel bad writing this review but I feel people need to know this company may not be capable of power washing a tall home unless they purchase a taller ladder. See attached picture for unfinished job (which was the most vital spot to be done)
