Learning that my fav real estate agent also handles property management services took a huge weight off my shoulders when trying to figure out what to do with my condo before an out-of-state move. That weight has stayed off ever since. I enjoyed working with Justin to buy the condo, and Ive had a great experience working with him, Ricardo and the 4J Real Estate team to rent it out, as well. We had such an amazing home buying experience with Justin, so he was the first call we made when we found out wed be relocating due to my wifes job. He walked us through our options and we ended up utilizing 4J Real Estate for property management since we anticipate being back. Ricardo and Justin have made it a very pain free experience. Quickly found us a great tenant & have been very communicative with any issues that arise and quickly work to address them. Couldnt recommend them enough for both property management and buying/selling!

Justin Paulhamus and his team at 4J Real Estate recently sold a family home in the Capital Hill area of DC. I cannot say enough about the level of support and stellar service they provided. This was a very complex deal with several twists and turns that could have easily derailed the sale at any time. Justin maintained a solution-oriented focus at every turn (there were many) and he would creatively resolve the roadblocks. He even went out to the property personally to handle some last-minute requirements. Simply stated, Justin was outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, and responsive every step of the way. Additionally, 4J Real Estate gave consistent status updates and their level of professionalism was stellar. I would highly recommend Justin and team if you need a down to earth and results driven group of real estate professionals. Thank you for making this experience so satisfying.

Our fees are negotiable and they are in the 7% range per month. The cost for marketing and getting a tenant is equal to 1 month's rent.
