Our fees are negotiable and they are in the 7% range per month. The cost for marketing and getting a tenant is equal to 1 month's rent.

Once a potential client contacts us, we will provide them with a service agreement tailored to their needs after discussing our full range of services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several decades of investment services experience at our client's disposal and manage several properties in the DMV area.
