- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an industry-low 4-8% management fee with zero hidden costs or markups. We charge a 1-time fee of 1-month’s rent to put a qualified tenant in a vacant unit and only charge our management fee when rent is collected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When onboarding a new client and assuming management of their property, we begin by identifying why a client has decided to outsource for management. We do this via an in-person or virtual meeting which gives the customer a chance to meet our team and their designated property manager. When we identify the problems to solve, we formulate a unique management plan for each property and our team begins the process of marketing and managing the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed property management company. Our property managers hold a Washington D.C. Property Management Licence, and have years of experience managing residential properties.
