- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do free estimates. Every job is different let us come check it out and go over what your job requires and price it with you. We don’t charge anything unless you hire us. We always have a discount offered please ask us about it. We also have military, government employee and senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with you go over what all your project needs. Take photos of your roof or any area that needs attention. Show you the photos go over it with you we then write up a contract and price this is all part of our free estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 50 years in the business 20 years in DC we are a family owned business with plenty of experience. We are licensed. Bonded. And insured.
