We are a custom outdoor structures builder, specializing in decks, porches, fences, pergolas, patios, and other structures that you would find in your outdoor living space.
We have been working in the Northern Virginia and Metro area since 1999. We can also provide interior remodeling service for projects such as kitchen, bath and basements.

A. Always check to ensure that your contractor is liscenced and insured in the area the work is being performed.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask for refrences including contact information of the previous customers, a description of the work that was provided for them and aproximate cost for the work.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. What is my budget?
What types of materials do I want to use?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Because we take a great deal of pride in every project we are involved with from the smallest to the largest. I have been creating beautiful outdoor projects for over 13 years now and it's not just a job for me it is how I express myself and to a certain extent how I gauge my own value in this life.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Besides the chance to express myself artistically and to be physically active working on the projects I design. I most enjoy seeing how happy our customers are with the finished product that we provide. It really gives me a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. One of our most recent projects was a portico in Arlington Va. The portico was about 5' x 7' over the front entrance of the home. It included an arched ceiling, composite railings, flagstone veneered flooring and a new entrance door and satellite windows. The whole project was less than $10K and the work took aproximatly 7 working days.
