I offer yoga to help you live with natural strength and ease. I run yoga workshops, training courses and retreats around the world for everyone from complete beginners to teachers.

My main work in my hometown is private tuition, and I also offer private sessions online via Skype; I have several students that I have met on my travels who wish to continue the work with me on a regular basis. My approach is referred to as 'Scaravelli inspired', and I am one of the few highly experienced teachers in the approach from the UK.

I practiced yoga for 5 years as a child, and as an adult, I have been studying and practising in earnest for the last 20 years and teaching for the last 11 years or so. I have a sound anatomical background to my work. My first two teachers as an adult were osteopaths, and I specialize in offering whole-body solutions to joint problems, postural issues (spinal distortions), reintegration of injuries and other health issues.

The most common feedback I get, apart from the surprise and delight when someone finds a way of working that resolves an issue that they have been carrying around for years, is that people find a depth and an awareness that they didn't know was possible.

My approach tends to empower beginners to make yoga a big part of their lives, and for dedicated practitioners, it seems to help rekindle the enthusiasm because it feels like starting again with brand new awareness and clarity. I work with anyone who is interested in the body and mind relationship and that is open to change.
