FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many times clients agree upon a cost for service and a time line for completion. Once they receive the final project they request changes or adaptions that put our company behind schedule and doing the additional work without further compensation. This is a tricky area because the company may bring you return business and a decision must be made if it is advantageous for you to make the corrections without billing the client for the additional work. This also requires a great deal of knowledge of your pricing system and research.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I would like to return to school to get my masters degree in business or philosophy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I believe I have a natural ability to coordinate with many different fields within the desired industry of the clients in order to achieve the best outcome.
