I called Jeff to clone a disk for me and resolve an issue with a second disk that I attempted to clone myself. Jeff responded to my inquiry within a couple of minutes and was at my home within 2 business days. The cloning went smoothly, but the second issue was more complex than I thought. After spending more time than he thought he would have to, he asked if he could take the computer home and work on it that evening. He promised it back in 48 hours. 24 hours later, he delivered the repaired machine to my house. Even though the time he took was beyond his estimated time AND he had to make 2 trips to my house, he did not ask for any increase in his quoted price! While he was here, he patiently answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing at each step. This guy is a rare find. I highly recommend him without any reservation and will calling him again should the need ever arise.

When my laptop crashed, I went into a panic because I had time sensitive reports due. Jeff was amazing. From clarifying the pros and cons of repairing vs upgrading, to setting up my new computer and transferring the 39,000 files plus organizing them, to answering my endless questions, Jeff was patient, professional in a down to earth manner, quickly responsive both before he came to my house as well as after when I needed help, very reasonably priced, and SO knowledgeable. He arrived precisely on time and even sent an eta text. I can't recommend him as highly as he deserves!
