Spencer was very responsive. He with his buddy came on time though they had to drive a long way. Very respectful team. They removed the heavy furniture with utmost care. I will recommend without a second thought. Spencer would be my go to person for future needs.

Mr. Spencer did a first rate job removing a large chest of drawers from a 2nd floor bedroom, carefully navigating several very tight turns & a narrow staircase. He took care to prevent any damage to walls & hardwood floors. He was pleasant & professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him and, should I need it, I would absolutely hire him again.

Appreciated Spencer and his team’s taking care of this the day after I posted the job. They picked up a sectional at the apartment of its seller and delivered it to our home. The seller said they were great from her perspective. They did arrive for the pickup about 45 minutes behind, but I get it that in this business that is going to happen sometimes. In general, appreciated the good communication that made coordination of pickup and delivery much less complicated than it could easily have been. Also, it was a bit more complicated to remove the feet/legs of the couch than I had realized but it was necessary to get the couch down my stairway. They took care of that and reassembly without complaint. Would hire them again and would recommend.
