Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for a clean organized shop.
Ensure the mechanics are knowledgeable about your vehicle.
Ask if they have a service manual or experience with your brand and model.
Ask to see examples of the work they have done.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Motorcycles are fun machines, but must be maintained properly to sure a safe reliable ride. Brakes, tires, rotors, and fluids are only the start. Suspension is an often overlooked portion of the bike, and should be dialed in for your weight, or with you plus your passengers weight. Even a basic saftey course with PAMSP.org will reduce your insurance and make you a better rider.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you insured? Do you have references? Can you provide examples of your work? How many years are you in business? Does your staff have the proper training?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Do your want your motorcycle to be for performance, show, race only, street and show, or just a little of it all? The proper layed out blueprint of what you are trying to achieve will be your best plan.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We take time to ensure you receive the best quality service and parts.

We manufacture our own product line of racing parts for the major sport bikes. Extensive research and development of our products makes us stand out above and beyond the others. Try us out, and you will see.
