- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every menu is different, so there is no set pricing. We start our cocktail parties at $40 per head, buffets at $50 per head, and multi-course plated meals start at $100 per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone call first to discuss your event. Menu planning and development which will be emailed to you. If you agree on the menu and pricing we would meet to further discuss your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary school ABC licensing Serve Safe Certified Beverage and Alcohol Certified Baking/Pastry Certified
