My son started his drum lesson with Charlie when he was 9 years old. Charlie is a great teacher. He knows how to teach each kids based on their skill and progress. He is very nice and friendly and had a lot of patience. My son enjoy each lesson. After about 4 years study with Charlie, my son has built strong interests in playing drum. This year my is the first chair in All-State Junior band. Charlie is the best drum teacher in this area.

The best-kept secret in drum and percussion instruction in this area. You will not find a more gifted educator for the drumset than Charlie C. If you decide to study with Charlie, be prepared to practice! He expects his students to be as passionate about the instrument as he is, and this man lives to play the drums!

If you want to learn how to play drums, Charlie will develop a plan for you. Regardless of your level of musical experience (which I had none), he will teach you how to read drum music, and then how to apply those learnings. The studio tools and Charlies instruction are first class. The weekly drum sessions ensure your development, so that you can keep building on a solid drum foundation. I am now capable of reading drum music and playing drums. Charlie is an excellent teacher, and this has been a great experience!!
