Introduction: My name is Bob Baylis, and I have been a professional photographer for several years (although I have been passionate about photography since I got my first camera in elementary school in the 1970’s). I am a multi-published photographer and shoot a wide variety of genres, including portraits, events, seniors, branding/headshots, modeling portfolios, and more. To me, photography is not only about freezing time and capturing memories but also about creating new memories. I believe that the process is just as important as the outcome, and I believe that the photography session should be relaxed and fun and something that my clients will always remember. I have been told many times that I make my subjects feel at ease, relaxed and comfortable, and the images that we capture stand out even more because of that. Bob was very patient and engaging while doing my photo shoot. Although I had paid for a two hour session, Bob made it a priority not to rush the session, but to take the time needed to produce beautiful, quality photos. The entire session lasted just about three hours. II am extremely pleased with the results and I have had numerous positive comments about my prints. I would highly recommend Bob. He goes over and beyond to produce a positive experience and to leave his clients with a gallery filled with high quality prints.

His work is unbelievable I couldn’t have asked for more. Grate photographer loved working with him and we executed all expectations from each other. Bob Baylis is one of the best photographers in the PA, NJ, and DE area. He give you amazing work that will honestly blow you away when you see all of the work that you have done together. Not only is he professional but he is also very friendly and will make you feel as comfortable as possible. He will not doubt to help you eat with posing, if you’re a new model, or help you with children, if you’re doing a family shoot. My brother is really arrogant and wants things done really quickly so he can leave and this is no different when doing shoots, but with Bob my brother lasted the whole shoot! He was having fun and that was thanks to Bob! He made him feel comfortable and let him be around and the family pictures came out amazing. Bob has helped me with modeling as well and has become a really close friend of mine. He has mentored me and also pushed me to be the best, in which I am very thankful for. If you ever need modeling pictures, prom pictures, family pictures, etc. Bob is the one to go to! He will give you amazing quality pictures, he will make you feel very comfortable and help you out with things you need! He has really progressed really quickly and I’m really happy to see his work getting better and better each time he does a new photoshoot!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $150/hour to shoot. I include 10 professionally edited digital images with this fee that the customer can use for personal (non-commercial) use and on social media.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a discussion with the client in advance to get an idea of the nature of the project and what they are looking for, including any stylistic considerations. This allows me to get to know the client a little and understand their needs and the scope of the event better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being actively involved in photography most of my life, I have completed several online classes and also photographed events and projects with other photographers to continually expand my skills and knowledge.
