Jermer Gibbs and his Team provided outstanding service and value. He managed my expectations upfront, by not committing to being able to remove stains from a really bad area of the carpet. However, his expertise combined with his state of the art equipment/cleaning solutions exceeded my expectations. The piece of equipment called “the eraser” is unbelievably effective. I highly recommend Jermer and his J&J Steam Cleaning Team to meet your carpet cleaning and stain removal needs. I will not hesitate to contract with him again.

Can’t say enough good things about J&J Steam Cleaning - the project was to clean a badly soiled carpet on stairs, hallway and two bedrooms. Mr. Gibbs was on time, thoughtful, sensitive to my allergies and did a wonderful job on the carpets. Highly recommend to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. Would absolutely hire again.

Very responsive and up front about cost. I appreciate being notified that their were on their way for the appointment and they arrived on time. On short Notice J &J steam cleaning was able to take care of both my house cleaning and carpet cleaning needs. They were professional, communicated thoroughly and promptly, and did a thorough job.
