Joyce was prompt in replying to my inquiry. And always quick to answer any questions that I had. She showed up on time and ready to go for the event. There was a long line of kids and parents for her balloon creations. She was a huge hit and we plan to have her back next year! (Maybe even before then!)

Joyful Entertainment was professional in everything they did at my daughter's birthday party. Joyce was prompt and went right to work. She greeted the children and brought a special gift the birthday girl. The kids faces was beautiful! We would definitely hire Joyful Entertainment again.
