- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are typically lower than most and also open to negotiating.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gaining as much information as much. Understanding any concerns, request, wants and needs. Going over all items/furniture included Negotiating a rate and confirming all info is correct. Prior to arriving they’ll have communication and an open line of contact. Once we arrive we go over the list of everything we discussed previously to make sure we don’t miss anything then everything is uphill from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve been in this industry going on 3 years however we have employees who have been in the moving industry for 15 -30 years. Everyone brings value and with great communication skills.
