About Home Service

Look, we all know what its like to be scammed, to have your money stolen, or be paying to much for something. I'm not here to scam you, I'm here to offer you a cheaper service.

I'm a web designer, IT tech, born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. I enjoy designing, fixing computers, etc. I mainly do restores, clean-ups and security-related services. I'm not too much into hardware, but can replace and install parts, if needed.

I understand that many of us are paying $200-$300 for simple computer fixes when we take it to the "pros" or "geeks" as most people know them as.

I simply charge $50.00 for computer clean-up, which includes:

- Adding Security
- Disk Clean Up / Trashing
- Disk De-fragmentation
- Multiple Virus Scans for Bad Registry / Software
- Registry Optimization
- Removing Old Files
- Personal Requests: your own adds and questions

I simply charge $75.00 for computer restoring, which includes:

- Backing Up Personal Files to Drive
- Pulling MS-WIN Serial for New Installation
- Kill Disk / One-Pass Zeros Hard Drive Wipe
- Format / WIN File Partition
- Installing Operation System
- Driver Installation
- MS Updating / Software Updating
- Adding Virus / Web Security
- Adding Word Formatting Software
- Update / Clean Scheduling
- Personal Requests: your own stuff
- Transferring Backup - to fresh install

My services will not change in price. I only accept cash and Paypal. I do apologize to those of you who pay in check or credit cards, but I have had to many scamming issues, therefore I only accept Paypal transfer and cash. If you are looking to use my services but do not have Paypal and or can't use cash because of location, I will accept Western Union or Money Gram.

My usual repair time is between 2-5 days, depending on the amount of clients I have at that moment, but usually takes about 3 days.

If you need the PC by the next day, there will be a $25.00 rush service charge. There are no other hidden fees that you need to worry about, and nothing is paid for until the client is satisfied.

Give me a call, I promise you'll never use another service!

A. The satisfaction a person gets when I complete a job seeing that they have paid less then ever, and the problem is actually fixed.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
