They responded immediately and were able to come out on Monday. Very professional and closed my pool and fixed some of the issues I was having with my system. They also identified areas for improvement in my system which explained why I was experiencing issues this past year. I have used other pool companies in the past and have been very disappointed. I will be using Ace Pools going forward for all of my pool services. Thank you so much!

It’s been four weeks, the pool is not cleaned properly since they opened it. I asked for a deep cleaning opening the pool, they didn’t. after that they shocked it again and still didn’t clean above and below the tile work they said above the water isn’t part of the paid cleaning even though I asked for it to be cleaned and expected to be billed whatever. Ignored that under the water is still dirt that the walls weren’t scrubbed at all. Asked for a quote for tile work and grout work the first visit of opening, a month has passed and still no quote. I’ve had to chase them for cleanings and the quote. Upon telling them my disappointment and asking for more cleaning so the pool could be used and filmed in a shoot there was nothing done after a week again. Do not hire.
