My training went far beyond into the specifics of the tools, strokes and techniques of Polarity, Reflexology, Neuromuscular Triggerpoint, Connective Tissue Massage and Therapy, and Structural Integration. Beyond providing an unsurpassed depth of relaxation, my work attends to the habit patterns the underlie postural and alignment issues. Connecting with people and helping them feel better. There is nothing as rewarding as working with a client over several months and watching the improvement in their bodies, hearts and minds.
