He renovated my kitchen. Removed old kitchen and in cabinets, plus did plumbing and electrical work. Replaced existing door with a 72" slifing door. Plus removed a wall.

Charles replaced our gutters and they look good. I like that he suggested we double up on the hidden hangers for added support. Standard every four feet would have been protocol but after beginning to hang the new ones he felt protocol wasn't sufficient and I appreciate that. And he did the running for the added parts which I thought should have been my obligation but he took it upon himself. After all, his quote was extremely competitive. It was like I wasn't charged for his trips to Lowes for the materials. Of course, I understand that his rate was lower because he didn't have a crew or partner and this did cause the job to take a little longer to complete than anticipated but this was fine with me. I wanted a good job done at a fair price and that's what I got. Thanks again, Charles.
