A. Make sure that they are not taking for a ride that they have a licensed and insured that you have all the information that you need and that all of your question are answered. I don't care how many times a client ask me questions they are paying me and that is part of the agreement well with me it is. and when you get a guys like that they give the rest of us bad name and when that happens business slows down.

A. The main thing the pricing of the work and how much work is involved and how long is it really going to take to be able to price the project fairly
