- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With most of our customers, we follow our 49-Point Checklist TM, carefully cleaning the entire home, paying special attention to bathrooms and kitchens, floors and dusting. We don't just make the beds, we also clean underneath them. We'll vacuum, polish, and scrub our way through your house until everything is cleaned just the way you want it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Pros must graduate from our very own "cleaning university". They are trained on how to use our professional tools, our cleaning methodology, and how to clean our client's homes without shortening the lifespan of its surfaces.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. When looking for someone to help clean and care for your home, we absolutely suggest making sure the provider is insured and bonded. It will be difficult to find an independent cleaner that is insured, but most companies with staff should be. 2. Ask if the people coming into your home have been background checked. You'd be surprised at how many companies don't do this. 3. Before anyone comes to clean your home, put away jewelry/things that are valuable to you. You don't want to worry about earrings falling down the drain, or rings getting sucked up by the vacuum. 4. If you have pets or children, you may want to ask if the cleaning products being brought into your home are safe for animals and children. 5. Look up the company online and on social media. See what people are saying about them. 6. Be wary of quotes that are too good to be true! House cleaning is one of those services where you get what you pay for. If the price is extremely low, chances are it's for a reason - it's possible the prices are slashed because the quality of work is so bad that they can't keep business, or the price is low to entice you into giving them access to your home. 7.
