A. You should always hire someone who has previous happy customers. Also, you should look to hire someone who has over 5 years experience and someone who will not leave until you are 150% satisfied!

A. If you have a passion for cleaning or any household service then it is not work to you. I love going into a house and making it sparkle by the time I leave.

A. How many years experience? How many references do they have? Will they fix a job if the customer is not happy with it and not charge extra?
