    I called Brent because the first detail guy I called never showed. Brent was on time and correct to estimate. I even asked him to remove a sticker off the car and there was no additional charge. When he was done I realized how bad the car was before he started. It looked as new as a 10 year old car can! I could have saved a lot of time by calling Brent first.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My advice is to have your vehicle detailed on a regular basis, every month. My price goes down after the initial recondition because if you stay on top of it, it will never get away from you and will last a lot longer, especially your paint job! Always call a professional to do your detail, these guys set up on the corners and at stores are NOT professionals!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Tell me what it is first, because I don't just do vehicles, I also do horse trailers, motor cycles, RVs, heavy trucks, boats, air planes, almost anything! Need to know make, model, two door or four door, are there ever pets in it (hair), what condition is it currently in (really dirty, or pretty clean already)

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. The BIG difference between what I do, and what others who "detail" is that I recondition, that means I do a DEEP cleaning process that actually restores the condition of the auto rather than using products that only clean the surface or cover up the dirt.
I have been reconditioning for the purpose of resale for over 18 years and there is NOBODY who is better than I am at what I do!
I specialize in Aluminum Polishing too, and can pressure wash anything you need as well!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I have been doing this for over 18 years, and I can honestly say that the thing I love most about what I do is seeing the finished product! There is nothing like starting with something that looks used, rundown, stained and dirty, and ending up with a finish that looks like to total opposite of what you started with! It is very rewarding to see that you have taken something that looks old and run down and taken it back to as close to new as possible!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Mostly I get questions about the difference between "detailing" and "reconditioning". I have already explained the difference in the above. The other most commonly asked question is what products/chemicals do I use? Well, I use only top of the line, professional tools and chemicals, not the stuff you can go buy yourself at any auto parts store. All of my work is satisfaction guaranteed!

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish to educate my customers on the difference between detailing and reconditioning and how to not just "cover up" the dirt. See above. Most "detailers" only cover up dirt, use store bought cleaning products like Armor All and don't really get a vehicle it's cleanest. I use only the best, professional chemicals that not only get it really clean, but also restore and protect!
