It was great experience dealing with the company to help us replace the PTAC unit. We interfaced with Max. He was amazing and very helpful guiding us through the process, educating us and maintaining constant communication. He completed the job on time and at the cost provided in his quote. He went an extra mile to get us a unit asap. We are very grateful and highly recommend this company for HVAC needs.
