A. Make sure that your fence installer is using quality materials and knows how to install the fence to last.
A. Not all fences are the same. With the prefab wood panels available at Home Depot or Lowes you are getting a cheap, short lived product at a premium price.
A. Always ask if they concrete their posts, no matter if it is a wood, vinyl or aluminum fence. Always ask if the permit is included in the price. And always make sure the price includes all fees & tax to complete the job.
A. It helps if the buyer has an idea of what type of fence they want. Going into the estimate with no idea of what you want can sometimes lead to more confusion and a chance of not getting something you will love.
