I offer design and build as well as consulting services. I have a laptop and I will travel. I do 3D Autocad design modeling, topographic studies and site analysis.
I have HOA and ADB approvals. I do custom residential designs including pools, spas, pergolas, gazebos, decks and walkovers, bulkheads and retaining walls.
I specialize in Oceanfront permitting and renovations. I also offer city and county commercial design consulting, administrative deviations for site planning, and ten set review. I also do green design build and irrigation, and lighting for residential homes.
I can also be a design lecturer for educational events and classrooms, master planning and development with concurrency, and impact assessment.
