- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our IICRC certifications require ongoing education. Classes are taught by highly skilled technicians and business owners who are recognized as leaders in the industry, and cover very specific topics such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, water damage restoration, deodorization, spot and stain removal, etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We most commonly clean residential carpet, rugs, upholstery, and tile which typically require a portion of a work day to accomplish. However, we also have a number of commercial accounts, and will schedule multi-day projects whenever needed. In addition, we respond to water damage emergencies, are equipped to dry structures and flooring, and will work directly with your insurance provider. Other services include leather cleaning, grout sealing, application of Scotchgard (TM), drapery cleaning, Mexican tile and VCT stripping and refinishing.
